Job summary

Iron Mountain Incorporated is seeking an Operations Supervisor-2nd Shift for our Warehouse and Logistics team in Wind Gap, PA. You will lead a team, oversee daily processes, and drive productivity and quality while ensuring safety and policy compliance.

You will recruit, train, coach staff, monitor KPIs, and implement improvements. The role requires 3–5 years in supervision within warehouse/3PL, on-site work, and flexibility to work weekends as needed. 80k–85k with a 10% bonus.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within warehouse/3PL or logistics environments.
• Strong expertise in operational forecasting and data analysis.
• Proven leadership abilities with a focus on task management and time management; collaborative problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop talent by recruiting, training, and coaching team members, including payroll and performance reviews.
• Monitor workflows and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure daily activities comply with safety, standards, and internal policies to provide a secure service environment.
