Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor for 2nd shift to join our Warehouse & Logistics team. You will manage day-to-day operations, lead a team, and ensure cost-effective service for internal and external customers.

The role runs 2nd shift (4pm-11pm, Monday-Friday). A background in warehouse leadership, WMS, and KPI tracking is required, with physical ability to lift 40 lbs and occasional weekend work. We offer strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics leadership.
• Experience in warehouse fulfillment or ecommerce management (onsite ordering, picking, packing, and shipping).
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Able to lift at least 40 lbs and work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational functions by managing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory, and developing production schedules.
• Provide supervision, training, and performance feedback to direct reports while addressing employee issues.
• Monitor activity to ensure productivity, safety, quality, and cost-efficiency.
