Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor for 2nd shift to join our Warehouse & Logistics team. You will manage day-to-day operations, lead the team, and drive operational excellence at the facility, reporting to the Operations Manager.

This full-time role is on 1st shift from 6am-4:30pm on Sunday-Wednesday, with expectations to coordinate with the broader 2nd shift operations and provide leadership to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in warehouse or logistics leadership.
• Strong knowledge of WMS and KPI tracking.
• Proven ability to resolve conflicts and lead teams.
• Physical ability to lift 40 lbs and work varied hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational functions including shipments and inventory.
• Collaborate with reports and other areas; train and provide feedback.
• Maintain safety, quality, and cost-efficiency standards.
