Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor for 2nd shift to lead the Warehouse & Logistics team. This full‑time role focuses on managing day‑to‑day operations, guiding the team, and ensuring cost‑effective, reliable service for internal and external customers.

Shift is 4pm–11pm, Monday–Friday. You will oversee shipments, inventory accuracy, and production schedules; drive KPI performance; and mentor staff while upholding safety, quality, and cost‑efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in warehouse or logistics leadership.
• Experience in warehouse fulfillment or e‑commerce operations onsite.
• Proven conflict resolution and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational functions: shipments, inventory, and production schedules.
• Provide supervision, training, and feedback; address issues and foster communication.
• Ensure safety, quality, productivity, and cost‑efficiency; monitor KPIs.
