Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor for 2nd shift to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, reporting to the Operations Manager. You will lead shipments, inventory, and production scheduling, while driving cost efficiency and safety.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in warehouse leadership, strong WMS knowledge, and proven team management skills. Weekend flexibility and a background check are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse or logistics leadership.
• Strong knowledge of WMS and KPI monitoring.
• Proven ability to resolve conflicts and maintain relationships.
• Physical requirements including lifting 40 lbs and willingness to work weekends.
• Background check and drug screening after offer.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational functions by managing shipments, inventory, and production schedules.
• Collaborate with direct reports and other areas to provide supervision and training.
• Ensure productivity, safety, quality, and cost-efficiency.
