Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor for 2nd shift to join our Warehouse & Logistics team. In this pivotal role, you will manage day-to-day operations, lead a team, and ensure cost-effective service for internal and external customers.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this full-time role also offers an additional 1st shift opportunity. Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years of warehouse leadership, strong WMS knowledge, and a proven ability to drive safety, quality,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and KPIs.
• Proven ability to resolve conflicts and lead teams.
• Physical ability to lift at least 40 lbs and work flexible hours including weekends.
• Background check and drug screening after offer.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational functions by managing shipments, inventory, and production schedules.
• Collaborate with reports and other areas to supervise, train, and provide feedback.
• Ensure safety, quality, cost-efficiency, and productivity targets are met.
