Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift at our Wind Gap, PA facility. You will lead a dedicated warehouse team, oversee payroll and performance reviews, and drive productivity through smart data analysis and KPI-driven improvements.

You will manage a 4-day workweek schedule (Wed-Sat or Sun-Wed) from 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM, on-site. A strong background in warehouse/logistics and a track record of leadership are required to succeed.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse/logistics.
Strong forecasting and data analysis skills.
Proven leadership with team coaching.
On-site residency required; no remote work.
Weekend/hybrid: flexible shifts to include weekends.

Responsibilities

Lead and Develop Talent: Recruit, train, and coach team members; oversee payroll processing and performance reviews.
Optimize Operational Performance: Monitor workflows; analyze KPIs; implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
Maintain Operational Excellence: Ensure daily activities comply with standards, safety regulations, and internal policies.
