Job summary

Iron Mountain Incorporated is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead the Warehouse & Logistics team. The role focuses on directing day-to-day operations, coordinating shipments, inventory, and scheduling while driving cost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You will supervise staff, provide training and feedback, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. The position is full-time, 2nd shift (4pm-11pm, Mon-Fri) with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in warehouse or logistics leadership.
• Experience with warehouse fulfillment or e-commerce operations.
• Knowledge of WMS and ability to track KPIs.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and flexibility to work weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational functions by managing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory, and developing production schedules to ensure timely completion of all tasks.
• Collaborate with direct reports and other departments to provide supervision, training and performance feedback, addressing issues and fostering open communication across the organization.
• Monitor activity and track performance against objectives, maintaining productivity, safety standards, quality control and cost-efficiency.
