Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor for 2nd shift to lead our Warehouse & Logistics team. The role manages day-to-day operations, collaborates with staff, and drives operational excellence while reporting to the Operations Manager.

This full-time position runs 1st shift 6am-4:30pm Sunday-Wednesday. You will oversee shipments, inventory accuracy, and production schedules, while ensuring safety, quality, and cost-efficiency across the facility.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics leadership.
Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Proven ability to resolve conflicts and manage team dynamics.
Physical ability to lift 40 lbs and work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

Lead daily operational functions including shipments, inventory, and production scheduling; ensure timely completion of all job assignments.
Collaborate with direct reports and other areas to provide supervision, training, and feedback; address issues and maintain open communication.
Ensure operational excellence by monitoring activity, tracking performance against objectives, and upholding safety, quality, and cost-efficiency measures.
