Job summary

CTDI is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM) in our Jeffersonville, IN warehouse. You will supervise daily activities, manage budgets and P&L, and drive efficiency across production, inventory, and logistics teams.

You'll develop policies, monitor KPIs, ensure SLA adherence, and collaborate with cross-functional groups to meet customer requirements. A strong leadership background in high-volume operations is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in high-volume, fast-paced operations with P&L responsibility.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Proficient in WMS, inventory control software, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities (receiving, storage, order fulfillment, shipping).
• Develop and implement policies and standards to streamline workflow and productivity.
• Manage reports and daily P&L reporting; participate in daily P&L calls with Corporate.
