Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Shift Production Supervisor in Jeffersonville, IN to coordinate production activities, meet targets, and ensure quality while driving P&L results. The 3rd shift runs 10:00PM - 6:30AM, Monday-Friday.

You will lead a team on the production floor, resolve issues, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with management to meet SLAs and customer expectations. The role requires at least 1 year of leadership experience in a materials/distribution environment, strong communication, and

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in materials/distribution environment preferred.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with focus on results and continuous improvement.
Detail-oriented and organized, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Supervises workers operating production machinery and packaging products.
Assigns daily tasks and supports production challenges to improve operations.
Monitors KPIs and reporting to meet customer expectations and SLAs.
Communicates during shift transitions to prep the next shift for success.
Provides first-level escalation support during shift and maintains safety standards.
Ensures timely completion of timecards and HR-related actions as needed.
Supports labor planning, scheduling, and P&L forecasting with the team.
