Job summary

CTDI is seeking an Operations Manager for 2nd shift (3:00PM - 11:30PM, Monday - Friday) to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations in a high-volume environment. You will manage production processes, budgets, and cross-functional teams to ensure efficiency and KPI targets are met.

The role emphasizes leadership, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with corporate to meet SLAs and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with P&L/budgets.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills for data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency with WMS and inventory control software.
• Experience supervising staff and driving continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities to ensure timely execution of tasks.
• Develop and implement policies to streamline workflow and improve productivity.
• Manage reports, P&L, and daily KPI performance.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock movements.
• Lead and motivate warehouse staff and provide performance feedback.
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams.
