NFI Industries is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to coordinate our dedicated fleet on 2nd shift from Robinson, TX. You will direct dispatch operations, supervise staff, handle driver scheduling and payroll data, and ensure accurate data in TMW while meeting customer expectations.

The role emphasizes workflow coordination, invoicing support, safety compliance, and ongoing coaching to improve performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field or 1–5 years supervisory experience.
• Experience supervising coordinators, clerks, spotters, and drivers.
• Familiarity with TMW and PeopleNet is preferred.

Responsabilités
