Job summary

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a transportation or logistics setting.
• Bachelor's degree or 1-5 years supervisory experience.
• Experience with TMW and PeopleNet preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff including coordinators, clerks, spotters, and drivers.
• Manage driver scheduling and payroll data.
• Coordinate load completions and data entry in TMW.
• Coordinate customer invoicing with management and reconcile invoices.
• Ensure equipment utilization is optimized and safe.
• Draft daily end-of-shift reports and participate in program improvements.
