Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2-3 years’ experience in fabricating aircraft-quality fastener tooling.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, models to determine materials and machines needed.
• Set up and operate lathe, milling machine, grinder to machine parts and verify conformance to specs.
• Test tooling and analyze failures to determine root causes.
• Maintain productivity and quality per department standards and safety rules.
