Job summary

Allfast Fastening Systems LLC is seeking an on-site, full-time toolmaker for fabrication and repair of precision tooling used in aircraft fasteners. You will operate lathes, milling machines, and grinders, interpreting blueprints and ensuring parts meet tight specifications.

The role requires 2–3 years of tooling experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong mathematical and safety skills. Solid productivity and quality adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent.
• 2–3 years’ experience fabricating aircraft quality tooling.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and specs.

Responsibilities

• Reads and interprets specifications to determine materials and machines required.
• Computes dimensions, plans layout, and determines assembly method.
• Sets up and operates lathe, milling machine, and grinder to machine parts.
• Tests tooling performance under specified conditions.
• Maintains productivity and quality to meet standards and schedules.
• Performs record keeping, housekeeping, and safety compliance.
