Strong math, problem-solving, and English communication are essential. Responsibilities include tool construction when needed, verifying measurements, and maintaining a safe, orderly work area in a NADCAP/AS9100

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; trade/apprenticeship preferred.
• Experience with CNC machining and shop math for precise fitting.
• Ability to read blueprints and measure to tolerances.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze blueprints and CAD drawings to construct fixtures and tools.
• Operate toolroom machines such as mills, lathes, grinders with precision.
• Verify conformance with tolerances using micrometers and gauges.
• Document labor and follow AS9100/NADCAP requirements.
