Job summary

Allfast Fastening Systems LLC is hiring an Assembly Operator for the 2nd shift (1:30pm–10:00pm) at the City of Industry, CA site. You will set up and operate assembly machines to produce precision blind fasteners, read drawings, and perform first article inspections.

The role requires basic math and blueprint-reading skills, with 0–2 years of related experience. Expect a loud manufacturing environment, standard PPE, and opportunities for quality incentives and overtime.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, safety rules, and procedures.
• Math: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
• Education: High school diploma or GED; 0–2 years in operating assembly machines.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate assembly machines for precision blind fasteners.
• Use micrometers, calipers, comparators, and tensile testers as required.
• Follow PPE and Lock Out/Tag Out procedures.
• Perform first article inspections and document quality checks.
• Coordinate with supervision on production management and sign-offs.
