Gemini, Inc. in Decorah, IA is seeking a Team Lead I for the 2nd shift to guide daily production operations, ensure safety and quality, and drive on-time delivery.

You will lead a team, coordinate staffing, monitor metrics, and implement improvements while fostering a collaborative environment.

This role offers full-time hours, second shift from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm, and opportunities to grow within a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a production environment.
• Experience leading and facilitating team meetings.
• Ability to influence and adapt to continuous improvement-driven changes.
• Understanding of how decisions impact the P&L and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production requirements including safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling; determine overtime.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Lead lean initiatives and promote cross-training.
• Facilitate team meetings and provide constructive feedback.
• Represent the team across departments.
• Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement.
