You will lead staffing coordination, monitor performance metrics, and implement corrective actions to sustain efficiency. The position emphasizes lean practices and cross-training to grow talent and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Daily Operations: Oversee daily production requirements, including safety, quality, delivery, and cost, in collaboration with other leads and supervisors.
• Collaborate with team members to assist in coordinating staffing needs, managing schedules, and determining overtime requirements.
• Track and report on key performance indicators, implementing corrective actions to maintain optimal performance.
• Champion a customer-first mindset by aligning production goals with customer expectations, ensuring high-quality output and on-time delivery.
• Lead and facilitate effective team meetings, ensuring clear communication of goals, expectations, and feedback.
• Provide timely and actionable feedback to team members, holding them accountable while supporting development.
• Serve as a liaison between the production team and other departments, addressing concerns promptly.
• Lead and support lean initiatives, empowering team members to identify and implement process improvements.
• Encourage cross-training opportunities to enhance team versatility and resilience.
• Utilize problem-solving tools to address operational challenges and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate to understand P&L impact and support strategic planning across departments.
