Job summary

Gemini, Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Team Lead I or II at our Decorah, IA location with a starting pay of $23.02 per hour. You will lead a production team to meet daily goals, while maintaining safety and quality.

The role includes coaching, scheduling, and occasional back-up in technical areas, reporting to the Plant Supervisor. We offer health premiums, a retirement match, generous PTO, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing teams.
• Ability to work 2nd shift.
• Knowledge of safety practices and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to meet daily production requirements with emphasis on quality, delivery, cost, and safety.
• Provide leadership, oversight, and training to team members.
• Observe and evaluate work to ensure performance meets company standards.
• Coach employees on strengths and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling for the department, including overtime planning and vacations.
• Fill in or back up in technical areas requiring additional knowledge.
• Report to Plant Supervisor and follow PPE and safety protocols.
