Responsibilities

• Leading a team to ensure daily production requirements are attained with a focus on quality, delivery, cost, and safety.
• Provides leadership, oversight, and training to team members to utilize talent, experience, and growth.
• Observes and evaluates work to ensure performance meets company standards.
• Coaches employees on strengths and areas for improvement and assists development.
• Coordinates staffing and scheduling for the department and assists in determining overtime needs.
• Has the qualifications to fill in or back up in technical areas requiring additional knowledge and safety awareness.
• Work requires PPE and the ability to physically load and unload materials in a metal foundry environment.
