Job summary

Gemini, Inc. in Decorah, IA is seeking a motivated Team Lead I to supervise daily production operations and drive safety, quality and efficiency. You will coordinate staffing, monitor metrics, and guide the team to achieve on-time deliveries and cost objectives.

The position is full-time on the 1st shift (7:00am–3:30pm, Mon–Fri) with overtime as needed, offering opportunities to develop leadership and Lean initiatives within a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in a production environment preferred.
• Experience leading and facilitating team meetings and providing updates.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
• Manage staffing needs, schedules, and overtime requirements.
• Track performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Lead effective team meetings and provide constructive feedback.
