Job summary

Gemini, Inc. Decorah, IA is seeking a Bilingual Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift to lead daily shop floor operations, drive safety, quality and on-time delivery, and manage labor planning and production flow.

You will reinforce Gemini’s culture and values while coaching teams to meet performance targets. The ideal candidate has strong frontline leadership, Lean experience, and the ability to collaborate with maintenance, engineering, planning, and supply chain to improve processes and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with strong leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience leading hourly production employees or teams in a plant.
• Knowledge of Lean tools, safety systems, and continuous improvement methods.
• Ability to read production metrics, schedules, and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on daily leadership for production areas, including staffing and shift readiness.
• Monitor production performance and drive corrective action to meet targets.
• Lead start‑up meetings, Gemba walks, and shift handoffs with clear ownership.
• Plan and adjust work to meet customer requirements and capacity constraints.
• Manage material flow, Kanban discipline, and equipment conditions for reliability.
• Foster safety, environmental compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
