Job summary

Gemini, Inc. is seeking a 3rd shift Site Supervisor in Decorah, IA to lead daily production operations, ensure safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement.

You will coordinate labor, materials, and equipment to meet schedules while supporting a people-first culture and core values. The role requires frontline leadership, knowledge of Lean manufacturing, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, operations management, industrial technology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, production leadership, or manufacturing environment.
• Bilingual (Spanish) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on daily leadership for assigned production areas with direction, staffing, and shift readiness.
• Own daily production performance by monitoring output, labor efficiency, downtime, scrap, and quality.
• Lead start-up meetings, Gemba walks, and visual management reviews.
• Plan and adjust work to meet customer requirements and schedules.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and other functions to resolve production issues.
