Gemini, Inc. is seeking a Team Lead I to supervise daily production, guide team members, and drive safety, quality and efficiency on the Decorah, IA site. This full-time role covers 2nd shift (2:30 pm–11:00 pm) with overtime as needed, offering growth and a people-first culture.
