Thomson Reuters is seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Subscription Services Operator in Eagan, MN. You will review specifications, set up equipment, monitor runs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure product quality while maintaining safety and inventory accuracy.

The role includes leading others and contributing to continuous improvement. Standing on a 2nd shift with occasional overtime, you will work within Core Publishing Solutions on a dynamic team and participate in safety programs, with a $2,500

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher required; vocational/technical degree preferred.
• Experience leading and training others in an industrial setting.
• Strong mechanical/technical troubleshooting skills and decision making.
• Experience with Lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Able to read and interpret production documents and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Review job specifications for material and set-up requirements.
• Perform or oversee set-up tasks and monitor equipment during job runs.
• Troubleshoot product/equipment issues and communicate hand-off details.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by correctly labeling and documenting loads.
• Provide guidance to team members and participate in safety programs.
• Support continuous improvement projects and standard work adherence.
