Thomson Reuters is seeking a #2 Subscription Services Operator in Eagan, Minnesota. You will review specifications, set up machinery, monitor runs, troubleshoot, document in SAP/MII, and lead others when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational/technical degree preferred.
• Experience leading and training others in an industrial setting.
• Strong mechanical/technical troubleshooting and decision-making abilities.
• Familiar with lean and continuous improvement concepts.
• Ability to read safety rules and production orders; measure with rulers.

Responsibilities

• Review job specs for material and set-up requirements.
• Perform or oversee set-up tasks and monitor equipment.
• Ensure high quality product through the run and troubleshoot issues.
• Document activities in Tier Boards and SAP/MII systems.
• Provide work direction and participate in safety programs.
• Assist with continuous improvement and housekeeping in work area.
