Responsibilities

• Reviewing job specifications for material and set-up requirements.
• Performing or delegating/overseeing set-up tasks.
• Monitoring the equipment and product through the job run to ensure quality.
• Troubleshooting equipment and product issues.
• Documenting activities and inventory data in systems (MII, SAP).
• Providing work direction and participating in safety programs.
• Engaging in continuous improvement activities.
