Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Senior Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, Mon–Fri) to coordinate and direct production staff in a fast-paced environment in California. You will ensure targets are met, quality remains high, and P&L results are driven through efficient labor planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires 4–5+ years of leadership in a high-volume setting, strong problem-solving, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of leadership in a high-volume production environment.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking with focus on continuous improvement.
• Detail-oriented and organized with ability to multitask.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities with effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to engage with customers professionally.

Responsibilities

• Supervise workers operating production equipment, assembling items, quality control, or packaging.
• Schedule tasks, troubleshoot issues, implement improvements to boost efficiency.
• Meet or exceed daily KPIs and report performance to customers.
• Manage workforce planning and staffing to meet goals and budgets.
• Communicate during shift transitions to prepare the next shift for success.
• Support escalated issues and provide guidance during shifts.
• Monitor metrics to maintain production quality and SLAs.
• Coordinate materials flow and inventory to meet demand and staffing needs.
• Provide training and motivate employees on procedures and processes.
• Ensure health and safety regulations and company policies are followed.
