Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Sr Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift (3:00PM–11:30PM, Mon-Fri) to oversee all 2nd shift production and technical activities. The role emphasizes leadership, productivity, quality, and safety, with a focus on continuous improvement and a positive, engaged workforce.

Responsibilities include supervising the shift team, monitoring performance metrics, coaching staff, handling payroll-related tasks, and delivering daily shift reports.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years leadership experience in high-volume fulfillment required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 2nd shift operations team including supervisors and hourly staff.
• Monitor production metrics to meet output targets.
• Coach and develop staff and manage attendance/payroll as needed.
• Prepare shift performance reports for management.
