Top Echelon Software LLC is seeking a 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician focused on Fanuc Robotics and CNCs to support a high‑volume die casting and metal manufacturing operation near Cedarburg, WI. The role emphasizes troubleshooting robotics and CNCs, electrical control circuits, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems in a stable, ISO-certified facility.

Qualifications

3-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial production.
Experience troubleshooting CNC controls and industrial robotics (Fanuc, ABB).
Strong understanding of electrical/electronic systems (single/3-phase, low voltage), hydraulics and pneumatics or PLCs.
Ability to read mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics.
Demonstrated career longevity with minimal job-hopping (2+ years per previous employer).
US work authorization with a maximum 1-hour commute to Cedarburg, WI.

Responsibilities

Lead Robotic & CNC recovery: Troubleshoot Fanuc/ABB systems and perform line recovery.
Troubleshoot electrical control circuits and maintain plant electrical systems and PLC hardware.
Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems, valves, pumps, and cooling lines.
Service furnaces, gear reduction units, and forklifts.
Assist with die operations, tool room support and basic teardown/repairs.
Execute preventative maintenance and log repair activities.
