Job summary

KingRecruitingServices seeks a 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician for a premier North American die casting facility in the Cedarburg, Wisconsin area. The role focuses on troubleshooting Fanuc and ABB robotics and CNCs, electrical control circuits, hydraulics/pneumatics, furnaces, and tool room support.

You will be accountable for rapid line recovery, preventive maintenance, safety, and quality uptime.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Experience with robotics and CNC troubleshooting (Fanuc/ABB).
• Understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; PLCs.
• Ability to read complex mechanical/electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead robotic and CNC recovery and troubleshooting.
• Repair electrical control circuits and PLC hardware.
• Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems operations.
• Service furnaces, heavy machinery, and tooling areas.
• Support die operations and perform preventive maintenance.
