Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC in Cedarburg, WI is seeking a 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician to support Fanuc robotics and CNCs. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Experience troubleshooting CNC controls and industrial robotics (Fanuc, ABB).
• Solid understanding of electrical/electronic systems (single/three-phase, low voltage), hydraulics/pneumatics, or PLCs.
• Ability to read complex mechanical/electrical blueprints and schematics.
• Demonstrated career longevity with at least 2+ consecutive years at each employer.
• Authorized to work in the United States (US citizen or green card holder) with a 1-hour commute to Cedarburg, WI.

Responsibilities

• Lead Robotic & CNC Recovery: troubleshoot Fanuc/ABB systems, diagnose Fanuc CNC controls, perform tool changes, and recover lines quickly.
• Troubleshoot electrical control circuits and maintain plant electrical systems, transformers, bus bars, and PLC hardware.
• Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems; diagnose, repair, and rebuild components like valves, pumps, and cooling lines.
• Move dies with forklifts, organize mold storage, and assist with die assembly, teardown, and minor repairs.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, lubrication checks, and keep a clean 5S workspace while logging repairs.
