Job summary

KLA Industries, Inc. in Cedarburg, WI is seeking a 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician with Fanuc robotics and CNC expertise.

The role focuses on troubleshooting and repairing robotic/CNC cells, electrical control circuits, hydraulics/pneumatics, furnaces, and die-related tooling in a direct-hire setting. You will lead rapid line recovery, perform preventative maintenance, and support tool room/die operations while maintaining a safe, accountable, and technically skilled work

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Experience troubleshooting CNC controls and robotics (Fanuc, ABB).
• Understanding of electrical/electronic systems (single/3-phase, low voltage), hydraulics/pneumatics, or PLCs.
• Ability to read mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Demonstrated career longevity with at least 2 consecutive years at each previous employer.
• US work authorization (citizen or green card) with 1-hour commute to Cedarburg, WI.
• Bonus: die casting/molding exposure, welding, journeyman/certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Robotic & CNC recovery: troubleshoot Fanuc/ABB systems, diagnose Fanuc CNCs, replace worn tools, and rapidly recover lines.
• Troubleshoot electrical control circuits: isolate, repair, and maintain plant electrical systems and PLC hardware.
• Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems: diagnose, repair, and rebuild components and cooling lines.
• Service furnaces and heavy machinery: maintenance on gas/electric furnaces, gear reducers, and forklifts.
• Support tool room and die operations: move dies, organize storage, assist with die changes and repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance: PMs on down equipment, lubrication checks, 5S, and log repairs.
