Job summary

CTDI in Jeffersonville, IN seeks a Shift Production Supervisor to coordinate and supervise production workers, meet targets, and sustain quality while driving P&L results on the 1st shift (6:00PM - 2:30PM, Monday - Friday). You will lead daily KPIs, support operations, ensure a safe workplace, and coach team members to achieve customer SLAs.

Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred; weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package are offered in a family-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in materials/distribution preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with focus on results.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use.

Responsibilities

• Supervises workers operating production machinery and packaging products.
• Assigns daily tasks, supports challenges, and seeks operational improvements.
• Supports team in meeting KPIs and customer expectations through accurate reporting.
• Delivers shift-transition briefings to prepare the next shift.
• Provides first-level support for escalated issues during the shift.
• Maintains production quality by monitoring performance metrics.
• Communicates with management and customers to resolve issues and meet SLAs.
• Supports employee relations and administers disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensures timecard accuracy and resolves discrepancies per policy.
• Assists with labor compliance and attendance/behavior concerns.
• Promotes a collaborative and safe work environment and supports training.
• Contributes to P&L forecasting and labor planning alongside scheduling.
• Delivers daily performance feedback and reports as required.
