Job summary

The role requires strong coaching and communication skills, familiarity with ERP/WMS, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment.
• Minimum 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Experience applying SQDCM/lean principles and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production teams to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale goals.
• Coach and develop staff, manage shift staffing, and coordinate with other departments.
