Job summary

Worthington Enterprises is seeking a Production Supervisor for 2nd shift to lead the department in meeting production and quality standards. You will coach and develop the team, maintain training records and performance evaluations, and drive safety and cost-control initiatives on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Oversees team safety and productivity; ensures compliance.
• Supervises training, coaching and mentoring, updating records, authoring evaluations, assisting in hiring, setting goals and tracking progress.
• Drives continuous improvement and cost control, including scrap and rework reduction.
• Prepares standard reports and metrics and presents at monthly meetings; acts as a change agent.
• Tracks tasks, labor assignments, and monitors OEE using L2L manufacturing software.
• Other duties as assigned.
