Job summary

Drive is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, lead a production team, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. You will coordinate workflow, monitor performance, and drive improvements to meet production goals.

The role requires 3+ years of production leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage in a fast-paced environment. A relevant diploma is preferred and experience with ERP/production-tracking systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of production or manufacturing leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety practices, and quality standards.
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead production employees during 2nd shift, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Monitor daily production schedules and adjust staffing/workflow to meet targets and customer demands.
• Train, coach, and develop team members while addressing performance issues and maintaining engagement.
