Job summary

Page Mechanical Group, Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Operations Supervisor to lead hourly production teams, uphold safety, quality, and TPM practices, and drive continuous improvement on the shift.

You will coordinate with Maintenance, Manufacturing Process Owners, and Engineers to optimize throughput, manage staffing, scheduling, payroll, and shift handovers, and report on key performance indicators.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, with supervisory responsibility.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities; proven track record of safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Champion a safety-first approach and enforce GMPs and safety protocols.
• Lead, motivate, and develop hourly production team members; provide coaching and set clear expectations.
• Oversee day-to-day production line operations; monitor schedules, downtime, and equipment performance.
• Participate in performance management processes; review metrics and implement action plans.
• Develop team members’ skills through hands-on training and SOP adherence.
• Serve as the main communications bridge between shift teams and cross-functional resources.
• Lead small to mid-scale continuous improvement projects using data and operator feedback.
• Perform other duties as required to support business operations.
