Opella is seeking a Packaging Supervisor to lead day-to-day packaging operations on the 2nd shift (Monday–Friday, 2:30pm–11:00pm) in Chattanooga, TN. You will supervise 15–20 frontline staff, coach performance, and partner with Quality, Maintenance, and HSE to ensure safe, efficient production.

The role emphasizes adherence to SOPs and cGMP, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining strong cross‑department relationships to minimize downtime and meet production goals.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, or related field.
• Minimum two years of supervisory or lead experience in manufacturing.
• Experience delivering measured KPIs in manufacturing (OEE, yield, scrap rates).
• Experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily packaging operations to achieve production targets while ensuring safety and quality.
• Supervise and develop frontline employees (15–20 direct reports) with ongoing coaching and evaluations.
• Set clear performance expectations and conduct 30-60-90 day reviews and annual evaluations.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP requirements, safety practices, and company policies.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and other departments to minimize downtime and meet production goals.
• Lead shift meetings and communicate priorities and updates to the team.
