Job summary

Opella is seeking a Packaging Technician for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:00pm–10:30pm) to operate and maintain packaging lines, from tube and bottle fillers to cappers. You’ll set up equipment, perform cleaning, and help ensure safety, quality and on-time production.

You must have a High School Diploma or GED and experience with high-speed packaging equipment. Expect hands-on training, a collaborative team, and opportunities to advance as we simplify self-care for real people.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience operating high-speed packaging equipment.
• Able to lift 25–60 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and reassemble machinery as needed.
• Prepare packaging lines for products and ensure proper setup.
• Provide packaging supplies to maintain operations.
• Monitor product quality and reject non-conforming materials.
• Maintain fill levels per product specifications.
• Operate lines following SOPs, SPIs and related procedures.
• Maintain a safe work environment and comply with FDA and cGMP.
