Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing and operating high-speed packaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain packaging lines safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot to minimize downtime and seek process improvements.
• Support sustainability goals and protect health.
• Collaborate with a team focused on simplicity and outcomes.
• Disassemble/reassemble machinery as needed using appropriate tools.
• Prepare lines for products and ensure correct setup of components.
