Opella is seeking a Packaging Supervisor to lead day‑to‑day packaging operations on the 2nd shift (2:30pm–11:00pm). You will supervise 15–20 direct reports, coach staff, ensure safety, quality, and GMP compliance, and partner with Quality, Maintenance, HSE, and People & Culture to minimize downtime.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or operations management and 2+ years of supervision in manufacturing, with Lean Six Sigma familiarity preferred. Strong leadership is essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, or related field.
• Minimum two years of supervisory or lead experience in manufacturing.
• Experience delivering KPI’s (OEE, yield, scrap rates) in manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily packaging operations to meet production targets while ensuring safety and quality.
• Coach and develop frontline employees; conduct 30-60-90 day reviews and annual evaluations.
• Coordinate staffing, attendances, and performance; drive continuous improvement and SOP adherence.
