Job summary

Opella is seeking a Shift Lead Packaging Technician to guide a team of technicians on the production line and ensure safety, quality, and OEE targets are met. You will model servant leadership, drive adherence to HSE, Quality, AM and SMS standards, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives on the packaging line.

The role is a 1st shift position (Mon–Fri, 6:30am–3:00pm) requiring a High School Diploma or GED and manufacturing packaging experience.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in manufacturing and operating high-speed packaging equipment.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage a shift team.

Responsibilities

• Lead technicians on shift and ensure +QDCI results.
• Model servant leadership and drive safety, quality, and AM/SMS standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional work to meet business needs.
• Perform equipment operation when required on the line.
