Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing environments and operating high-speed packaging equipment.
• Familiarity with FDA/cGMP guidelines preferred.
• Ability to read and follow Set-Up Sheets and SOPs.
• Willingness to train and grow within a self-care production team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and line packaging equipment for multiple products.
• Disassemble/reassemble machinery for maintenance or changeovers.
• Ensure lines are supplied with packaging materials and components.
• Monitor product quality and comply with FDA and cGMP standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and report hazards.
