Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and motivate an off-shift production crew, managing daily line assignments and optimizing headcount for efficiency.
• Coordinate raw ingredient delivery and resource allocation to streamline material flow and daily throughput targets.
• Uphold stringent food safety protocols and regulatory benchmarks, maintaining GMP, HACCP, and SQF compliance.
• Initiate lean manufacturing projects to reduce line bottlenecks and improve OEE.
• Serve as primary liaison between 1st and 2nd shift teams to ensure seamless communication and zero lost productivity.
• Handle labor tracking logs, performance reviews, conflict resolution, and daily production metric reporting.
