MDS Staffing is seeking a Packaging & Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Jefferson, WI. The role leads an off-shift production crew in a GMP/SQF environment, ensuring safety, quality, and throughput while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Base pay ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 per year with overtime, annual bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package. The position requires a 45-minute commute and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience supervising production lines in a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and SQF compliance.
• Proven ability to mentor teams, manage shift dynamics, and foster a positive culture.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or ERP systems for scheduling and performance tracking.
• US citizenship or permanent resident status and comfortable with a 45-minute commute to Jefferson, WI.

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and motivate an off-shift production crew, optimizing daily line assignments.
• Coordinate raw material flow and resource allocation to meet daily throughput targets.
• Uphold GMP, HACCP, and SQF standards to ensure 100% compliance.
• Lead lean improvement projects to enhance OEE and reduce bottlenecks.
• Serve as primary liaison between 1st and 2nd shifts to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Manage labor tracking, performance reviews, and daily production metrics.
