Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking a Packaging & Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Jefferson, WI. The role offers a base salary up to $75,000 plus overtime and bonuses, with a Mon–Fri schedule from 1:30 PM to 11:30 PM in a GMP/SQF plant environment.

You will lead an off-shift production crew, coordinate materials, ensure strict food safety compliance, and drive continuous improvement and OEE initiatives within a safety-conscious, growth-oriented facility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a regulated packaging/production facility.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and SQF food safety standards.
• People-first leadership with mentoring skills and ability to build a positive culture.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or ERP systems for scheduling and performance tracking.
• US work authorization and 45-minute daily commute to Jefferson, WI area.

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and motivate an off-shift production crew; manage daily line assignments.
• Coordinate raw material delivery and resource allocation to meet daily throughput targets.
• Uphold GMP/HACCP/SQF compliance and maintain food safety standards.
• Lead lean manufacturing initiatives to eliminate bottlenecks and improve OEE.
• Manage shift handoffs between 1st and 2nd shift to ensure seamless production.
• Handle labor tracking logs, performance reviews, and daily production metrics.
