Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory leadership in a regulated packaging/production facility.
• Solid knowledge of food safety standards, GMP, HACCP and SQF.
• Proven people-first leadership with mentoring and culture-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or ERP scheduling systems.
• US Citizen or Green Card holder living within a 45-minute commute of Jefferson, WI.

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and motivate an off-shift production crew, and manage daily line assignments.
• Coordinate raw material delivery and resource allocation to meet daily throughput targets.
• Maintain 100% compliance with GMP/HACCP/SQF food safety standards and regulations.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce bottlenecks and improve OEE.
• Serve as the primary liaison between 1st and 2nd shift to ensure seamless handoffs.
• Oversee labor tracking, performance reviews, conflict resolution, and daily production metrics.
